You do not need a monthly bill to play together. In this guide you will learn the quick SquidServers setup and a few simple tips to keep the first night smooth.

Create your server

Install SquidServers for your operating system. Open it and let it detect Java. Choose Vanilla for a clean start, Paper for plugins, or Modpack for packs. Create a new world or import one, choose a save folder, and set RAM with the slider.

Invite and play

Launch the server and share the join link. Ask friends to use the same Minecraft version or the same pack. Close heavy apps during the session. If you change something and a problem starts, undo that change and test again.
